stones in full-body massage.
He guides you through: regulating
stone temperature, Chakra stone
placement, equipment, client comfort
levels, draping, precautions for
such conditions as heart problems
and pregnancy, and marketing.
Meade also demonstrates how to
perform the strokes (petrissage,
effleurage, and edging) on the
different muscle groups from head to
toe, and explains the physiological
effects of thermal and cryo stone
therapy, which include stimulating
circulation, relaxing musculature,
and reducing inflammation.
